Theresa Wells
I’m Ms. Theresa Wells, a Secondary School Counselor for over 20 years. I have helped youth in
grades K-college, community based programs, group homes and integrative health and wellness settings. Over time I merged my experience in school based counseling, mental, and physical health in order to create a realistic, results based, youth appropriate approach. My goal is to help your students flourish; not only in school but in life. I have designed a comprehensive integrative mental and physical health focused practice, one in which addresses today’s reality. Our children are suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and other health related issues that interfere with their ability to function as students. Without guidance on perception and response, dealing with trauma and understanding how to work through this, it can cause damaging effects to their health.
